Live Video Morning Program from the Alachua Hare Krishna Temple. We just finished testing our upgraded Internet connection with some borrowed equipment and it worked! Live streaming video from the Alachua temple room during the morning program, Sunday Feast, and the many festivals throughout the year is almost a reality. We have two dedicated volunteers who will staff the broadcast. Now we just need your help to purchase some equipment. We can start with the existing cameras in the temple room, and would like to upgrade one of the cameras (see second listing below.)

Camera Upgrade. We would like to install another camera near the front of the Alachua temple room, facing the devotees and Srila Prabhupada, to be able to see people’s faces when switching between two live signals. We’d like to upgrade the camera at the back of the temple room, which has 18x optical zoom, with the more powerful 36x optical zoom SONY SNC-RX570N, and use the present camera in the new location, at the front of the temple room. This will do two things at once, increase the quality and zoom of the still images you currently enjoy from that camera angle, and allow the video stream to show you closer views of the person giving Bhagavatam class, and of the deities.
