The Art of Forgiveness

by Bhagavat Life

Forgiveness

Join us for a transforming experience of learning, from the convenience of your own home.

The Art of Forgiveness is a hands-on workshop that takes you through processes based on Vaisnava teachings that enable you to practice forgiveness in any circumstance or relationship. And you can use these processes for the rest of your life!

When we keep a record of the wrongs that have been done to us, we often don’t realize how much we are hurting ourselves. Resentment harms relationships, hampers enthusiasm to serve Krishna and keeps us in a victim mentality. It can even hurt our health.

By participating in this course you will:

  • Gain a rich understanding of how forgiveness is essential to your spiritual advancement.
  • Learn tools to truly release old wounds.
  • Turn your hurt into an opportunity to grow.
  • Develop empathy towards those who hurt you.
  • Become able to help others overcome their resentment.

“I have received some fantastic tools in my life, and I notice now just how much I need them and wonder how I ever got through life without them!”

—Shalinasunderani, London, Enlgand

“This course has been a huge help. I feel my heart to be transformed and freed.”

—Irene Mills, London, England

The weekly webinars are live workshops held through the internet. Teachers present through live video and power point, and you respond via teleconference and chat - you can even raise your hand! They also feature breakout sessions, where you and others move into subgroups of 2 or 3, each with your own teleconference. It works effortlessly providing a personal learning experience in some ways better than a face to face seminar!
Weekly webinars last 1.5 hrs and happen during the week, and the take-home exercises and coaching takes about 1.5 hrs every week, done at your own pace.
October 14th - November 18th
