If you want to lose weight, your activities must be aligned with your goal. This would include eating a proper diet, doing regular exercise, taking herbs, gaining information on weight loss, and possibly having a weight loss coach. If you want to lose weight yet sit around all day watching TV, eating potato chips and gulping down soft drinks, you are obviously out of alignment with your goal. Similarly, there are things we do while chanting (and also while not chanting) that are either in or out of alignment with proper chanting.
This talk will help you become more conscious of where you might be out of alignment and give you practical tools that align your body, mind and heart with your chanting. By becoming aligned with your chanting, you will go deeper into the holy name and thus become more satisfied and inspired in Krsna conscious.
