September 2009: What's New on Krishna.com

Hare Krishna!

This month, we want to hear from you.

We’re making some changes in the site (for the better, of course!), and your input matters.

We’re expanding our Photo Galleries to include pictures from Krishna.com fans and Krishna devotees all over the world. Now’s the time to send us your photos and videos.

We’re expanding our collection of your stories and realizations about your experiences in spiritual life. Please share what you’ve learned about Krishna consciousness—you may find that your spiritual knowledge increases the more you give it away.

Also, this month marks the September/October 2009 issue of Back to Godhead magazine. Read the online version here, and you may find you want to subscribe to the “non-line” version!

Best wishes to you. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Your servants,

The Krishna.com Team

Share your realizations

Send us your stories, realizations or questions

Krishna.com is about people sharing their experience of Krishna consciousness with the rest of the online world.

Have you learned something valuable—something that others might benefit from knowing? Has learning about Krishna changed the way you live, or the way you experience life on Earth?

If you had to explain Krishna to someone who didn’t know anything about Him, how would you do it? What would you say?

We’re looking for a few good, short, Web-friendly articles. Best is 250 words or less, but up to 500 words is okay. We can’t guarantee we’ll post everything we receive, but we do want to hear from you.

Thousands of people visit Krishna.com every day, looking for inspiration—in the form of videos, images, articles, blogs, Live Help, and more.

For Your Information

Over the last seven years, our Live Help volunteers have answered tens of thousands of questions on every imaginable subject related to spiritual life.

We’re now making those conversations available, in the form of edited transcripts.

Touching on themes ranging from “How does Krishna see Christianity?” to “Can I offer celery to Krishna?” to “How can we be scientifically sure that reincarnation happens?” these transcripts are sure to become an entertaining and enlightening part of Krishna.com.

God is Great... and sweet

Magazine: Back to Godhead, September/October 2009

This issue contains several articles having to do with the lives of Hare Krishna devotees. To write her Ph.D. thesis, Padma Devi Dasi, from Australia, turned to the Bhagavad-gita. She examined Australian environmental scientists in the light of Krishna’s teachings on the three modes of material nature. Her article “Global Environmental Management and the Vedic Triguna” reveals what she discovered.

We’re revamping Krishna.com

If you could change three things about Krishna.com, what would they be?

If you had to choose your three favorite things about Krishna.com, what would they be?

If you could add three things to Krishna.com, what would they be?

You get the idea.

We’re making some improvements to the site, and we’d like your suggestions to consider as we go through the process.

What three things do you think would make Krishna.com better?

Please send your suggestions to feedback@krishna.com
