Slow and steady wins the race! Only $12,000 $5,221 more is needed to keep alive and vibrant for the next six months. A big THANK YOU to those who've contributed to our Fall Fundraiser so far. If everyone gave a few dollars (say, between five and fifty) we could get rid of this banner and go back to doing what we love most: helping people all over the Internet discover Krishna. If you give $25 or more, we'll email you a gift of the Bhagavad-gita audio book. How about that? Click here to donate.

BG Chap 13 - The result of knowing prakṛti, jīva and Paramātmā

One who knows the Paramātmā, prakṛti or māyā, along with the guṇas, and the jīva does not take birth again, regardless of his present position. One who understands these three (the Lord, prakṛti belonging to the Lord and the jīva) with differentiation among them attains liberation, though in this life he may be situated in all sorts of unfavorable circumstances such as being overcome by sleep and having uncontrolled mind or other such problems. Although he lives in the material world doing actions to support his body, he is liberated.
