BG Chap 16 - Kṛṣṇa reassures Arjuna

The divine qualities lead to liberation, and the demoniac qualities lead to bondage. Arjuna was thinking that he would go to hell since he was contaminated with anger and harsh words, and desired to kill Droṇa and others worthy of worship. The Lord seeing Arjuna in this state, assured him not to worry, for being a kṣatriya, it was his prescribed duty to shoot arrows and show rough behavior. To do otherwise would give Arjuna the nature of an asura, possessing all bad qualities.
