BG Chap 18 - Intelligence in the mode of ignorance

The intelligence by which one considers adharma to be dharma, and sees all things contrary to the truth by striving always in the wrong direction is in the mode of ignorance. This intelligence considers right to be wrong, and wrong to be right. It considers the supreme truth to be not the supreme, and considers what is not the supreme truth, to be supreme. Men in ignorance understand a great soul to be a common man and accept a common man as a great soul.
