White semolina (suji) laddoos?

Hare Krishna

Some days ago on Janmashtami I had dream that Shri Krishna Bhagvan himself came and asked for white suji laddoos. My mother used to make laddoos, but she used besan in it also. Can someone please give a recipe for laddoos that Shri krishna bhagvan likeS? I saw many on internet, some have coconut, some say put ghee, but ghee gives yellow colour. I want to make pure white laddoos of semolina only, no other main flour. Please help. I'm new here. Thanks!

Hare Krishna.

Also, he said make exactly 7

Also, he said make exactly 7 laddoos. How can I measure? I don't want to make 6 or 8 then adjust.

White RavA Ladoos

Hare KRshNa!

Nine years ago KRshNa asked me to get something "from inside" it happened to be WHITE RAVAA (SUJI, semolina) LADOOS !! in a medium-large silver bowl. He asked me to distribute them to "near and dear ones" but I found myself giving them to strangers all over the world and the bowl never became empty. It remained full.

1 cup semolina
1/2 cup white freshly churned butter (mAkhan, loNi)
1/2 cup white refined sugar
[EDIT:] 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
3/4 cup milk

Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat
Add the white butter
As the butter melts add the milk and bring it to a boil
Add cardamom and sugar
Add the semolina and keep stirring till firm enough to roll into laddoos
Divide into 7 equal parts and roll into as big laddoos as they become. KRshNa will like the big laddoos :)

**Do not roast the semolina pink as the laddoos have to remain white. Boiling the milk first will allow the semolina to cook quickly. Add more milk if needed but then there is the danger of turning it into halwaa rendering it not useful -- to roll into laddoos.
