Krishna Fights Banasura

Amala bhakta Dasa narrates this history, from Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. During His pastimes on earth, Krishna once fought with Banasura. "Bana" means "arrows," and "asura" means "demon." Banasura had a thousand arms. We don't know how this is anatomically possible, but we can imagine he was able to shoot many arrows simultaneously. Anyway, this is why Krishna fought with him, and how the two later became in-laws.
